Chris recently stripped and rebuilt two bathrooms in my flat, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From the start, he took the time to understand my preferences and worked with my requests while providing expert advice on what was (and wasn’t) necessary from both a safety and future-proofing perspective. His extensive experience and knowledge gave me complete confidence to trust him with the entire project. What really stood out was how approachable he was throughout the process. Chris made it easy to ask questions and was open to last-minute tweaks when needed. He handled everything with real professionalism, from tidying up daily to managing disposal of all rubbish, and he kept my flat in excellent condition with proper floor and surface protection. Renovations are never entirely disruption-free, but Chris ensured everything ran smoothly and with minimal inconvenience. On top of that, his pricing was very competitive, especially compared to other tradesmen who seemed to overinflate or play the system. Overall, I can’t recommend Chris highly enough for his skill, honesty, and professionalism.

He worked above and beyond throughout the project, even when I added extra bits along the way , everything was handled with patience and a positive attitude. The finished kitchen is beautiful and I absolutely love it. He was friendly, professional, and reliable from start to finish. I would highly recommend him and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again. 

 Tactica did a great job of giving the flat a make over for us in the flat for our new tenants. They handled the new flooring, lighting, and painting throughout, and everything turned out great. The place looks fresh and much better than before. Really happy with the result and would definitely use them again & recommend
